Year 4 have been busy completing the Take One Art picture today. They chose to look at the use of colours, tones and shades and using their selected part sketch and paint this using brighter colours.
We also thought we would take the change to sit outside as it was lovely and warm.
Year 4 are trying to speed up their mental recall of the Multiplication Tables so they had the chance to play some multiple games in the glorious sunshine.
We have started looking at our new Art project – Take One Art. We have looked at the painting and written a setting description. After that we talked about the history behind the painting. We then moved onto the use of tones and shades and the moods that were created.
Year 4 had a great time celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the daily mile.
